Abstract
International company activities are no longer limited by geographical borders in today's integrated global economy. The ability to communicate effectively across cultural boundaries is becoming more important for companies as they enter new markets. the complex nature of
communicating across cultural boundaries and the critical significance it plays in global commercial transactions. Organizational cultural diversity has reached new heights as a result of globalisation. Companies nowadays function in a world where people from all walks of life—employees, partners, and customers—contribute. While variety is great for the world at
large, it may make it harder to communicate, understand one another, and work together effectively.
